Although the workers were very nice and polite, they were unable to find the problem, so they recommended returning the next day to re-wire the circuit. After they left, I found they had not replaced part of a light fixture, nor all the screws holding on faceplates (I now have 3 screws without homes). Follow-up by their office was terrible. I had reservations about their recommendation and talked to the owner (after too much phone tag). He reassured me, but didn't say much about the screws, etc. He agreed to send a more experienced crew back, but they missed their return appointment without alerting me. Every time we spoke, I had to call them and they did not seem too concerned about any of these issues. I am searching for another electrician to solve my problem. My comments on price & work quality are based somewhat on ignorance as I don't have another contractor for comparison. #6 got a "b" for much the same reason. The kids who came were nice, polite, & clean.

This company did such a good job that I will definitely be contacting them again for future work that I will have to have done. The workers are friendly and they make sure that they charge what they quote you and are done in a good amount of time. I am so pleased with the work that they did! I have had my four bedroom home for about thirty years now. The wiring has been outdated in my house for as long as I have been here maybe it has been here for fifty years. So this company reworked the circuitry and renovated the wiring in the entire house. They also installed a new control box. Everything was completely upgraded and replaced.
