Roofing
The company performed the work as agreed and the roof looks good. However, my concern was that the company would not complete the work even after the first check was written and cashed. There was a time period of about three weeks in which I had no contact with the owner and my phone calls were not returned. I would advise you to chose your roofers/contractors wisely and never write a check upfornt. Once a check is written you lose all leverage and the ability to walk away. If the company wants materials paid for upfront, then this means they are not rebuttable enough to have a credit line at a local building supplies store, so don't do business with them.
