Terrible. Didn't have it done on time (on two separate promised times), the sizing was wrong, the emerald was great, but gave me the WRONG antique diamond back in its place. Lied to me about it. And then when I insisted it didn't look right, went to the back and gave me the right one. Didn't perform the engraving on the inside. I also had a small square diamond replaced on the wedding band and it looked terrible. Didn't match in brilliance at all. There were huge gashes made in the side of the band from where they placed the new diamond and he didn't even attempt to fix them. I was disappointed. I went to another shop to repair the damage.
