INVENTIVE CREATIONS

He started with the bracing up the wall. To which, he put wood under the house without any cement to hold. We corrected him, and he did later add, cement. He, did tear out the floor in livingroom, to make the bracing easier. I came in and saw the insulation and he was repacling without new insulation.(I went and bought) they then added.(he had not intentions, of repalcing) He, did not tear out the celing or walls. I agreed it would be easier to go over the top of. He did not make any changes in his price that went up as, he went.
I asked all holes to be fixed, they were not.When, they started the sheet rock, he did not consider the, old celing and put screws in that were too, short and they all started to come out. He had me to paint the whole room to make it easier for them to spot the screws. To which they came back and re-did. The hallway..he tore out the old closet and put in a tiny little hole with a used door with stickers on it, as a closet door.
When, he got to the bathroom. He tore everything out. I came in and saw most of the walls up .(he ran out of sheetrock) He had not put any insulation in(exterior wall, BATHROOM) I asked "why" he said we had not talked about, it. So, I went and bought and put in. He, begged me to put tile in bathroom. He started the tile and was doing such a bad job the tile was coming up with your fingers.  When, I complained about the tile and he saw that, we had gone ahead and started one bedroom that he had priced. He got mad and walked out. Not, finishing anything. the doors that, he hung..he did not even, notch out for the hindges, or did he remove the tags on them. All the sheet rock was, done horriable screws coming through. The cover that covers the faucets he, did not even put the screw in it.They do not clean up as they work. when he does decide to clean up, they threw away..my, trim.
