He sent me the inspection through email and he was great. He was very thorough and very prompt. I met him and the home and stayed with him the whole time, and he made sure he inspected every part of the house from the attic to the crawlspace. He was able to submit the written report to me by the same evening and it was very well done. He was nice and business-like, and he was able to answer all of my questions. I thought the price was very fair.
