Job was not completed, literally abandoned just a little way in. Money paid and he never showed up again or returned any phone calls, all complaints via mail returned. BBB reporting was no help, so basically stole my money and ran. Had to hire another contractor to tear down shoddy work, haul away abandoned supplies and then start fence anew. Made a great first impression and tried to resolve via phone calls until he stopped returning them.
