I ask the installer if they had another mount, he said yes, so I ask him to have Ferlando call me and to come back and lets talk about another mount.
Also, the installers did not hide all the wires which their advertisement says yes, that they do hide all the wires. That afternoon I called and left a message with the owner of the company and he did not return my call. The next day, July 22, I called his office and left a message in which he did not return my call. I called him on my wife's phone and when he called back,and she handed me the phone , he hung up when he realized it was me. This is not the way a professional should do their customers, do you agree?
One more thing, the installers did not clean up their mess. Sawdust around my front door where they cut boards as well as leaving sawdust on my fireplace.

The owner, Ferlando, and his team came out, did an efficient job of installing. They were knowledgeable and kind. It does take several hours, so we fed them Chick Fil A, gave a $200 tip and off they went.
That's when the trouble began. The blue tooth 'eye' mounted under the TV (that enables you to store cable, DVD boxes, etc in another room) has had issues. This results in our having to stand up, move to center of room, aim the remote at the cable box mounted in coat closet in the adjoining hall. Imagine if we had chosen any of the other options to store the boxes i.e. a bedroom closet.... Love not having TV furniture by having the TV mounted, but the fact that we now live with needing to leave the coat closet door open so that the remote can send messages to it and then there is the issue with the sound bar. From Day 1, it does not get the signal unless you leave the face plate off the front of the sound bar. So, there is that ever present view of the inside of the sound bar.
Now let's review the response when we call with issues.
The first couple of times, we would either get advice on the phone or someone would come to the house 2-3 hours after appt was scheduled. Rarely a call, you just had to wait. The technician would think he had it fixed, but within a week we would be back to aiming the remote at the closet in the hall. There were a couple of times after that, my husband took time off work, waited at home, NO Ferlando, NO call before during or after that day. Nothing. At all.
So imagine my surprise last month when I get a call from a lovely young lady, new to the company I gathered, who was calling to "set up our installation". That's funny. We had the installation 9 months prior, but our system never worked as advertised. She was very professional, took copious notes, apologized, said she would give Ferlando my husband's name and number to set up appt. she called a few days later to say Ferlando was checking with manufacturer as he did not know what else to do.
Here we are, one month LATER and crickets. Ferlando has not called my husband, man to man, if only to say 'Hey - sorry I didn't show up for our last 2 appts, sorry you are still having trouble. I'm looking into it. Let me bring out a new piece of equipment, etc. '
So, as Angie's List email prompted me to do, I am writing my review.
Sadly, it is a negative one.
