Our experience with Vince Gray at the Loft at Flower Stems was absolutely stressful and completely horrible. After an initial meeting to pay a 1000.00 deposit it was impossible to make contact with him.  He stood us up on three different scheduled meetings, the first he atleast had his asst. there, and with only a 30 minute notice for the second, and two hours on the third. When we were finally able to meet with him he was anything but professional.  He was EXTREMELY rude  and difficult to work with. No contract was provided until 3 weeks prior to our event. Concerning the flowers, our biggest complaint is that the  bride provided pictures of the exact flowers she wanted, very specifically requested white and green flowers with NO Roses, only to have arrangements with yellow roses as the primary flower delivered for our wedding. The mothers of the bride arrangements were nothing but yellow roses.  The only two positive things in the whole ordeal were working with his asst. Richie, and the building itself.  Richie was kind and helpful- and the  charm of the old loft is beautiful.  But not beautiful enough to cover the unprofessionalism of the business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE/FLORIST.

Homewood Florist did a great job arranging a unique Valentine's Day bouquet. It was a modern arrangement and the flowers were very fresh. It was ready at the time promised and I thought the cost was reasonable for the type of flowers used.
