I ordered it on-line, so I didn't really deal with anybody. Everything went as expected. There were no surprises. It was very good.

Tried to order carpet/hardwood flooring for a remodel and was told from customer service all associates in flooring we unavailable and in a meeting. Waited 30 minutes and left. This occurred at 4PM.

It was a hassle from the beginning. We knew we were being over charge. They did not have good workers and the communication was lacking. They had a disagreement on what the procedure was and the job was done sloppy. They missed several appointments. They came early for both project due to poor communication and one day they didn't show up at all. I felt like we couldn't trust them and we pulled out of the radiant barrier insulation project.

Excellent communication by Pro desk. Delivery arrived on time and was exactly as requisitioned. We had significant detailed parts for a highly detailed decking project and all the sized screws, joists and lumber was exactly as ordered. Lumber was especially well picked with minimal warped boards, which is difficult with treated lumber.

I love the laminate; it is beautiful. I haven't had any problems with it. The installation was wonderful. The installation was a little too costly; it was about double the price but they really did an excellent job. I was happy with it.

Good job by the installers who were prompt, courteous and quick at completing job.

They were always pretty responsive. I would not use them.

Absolutely excellent and the flooring itself was ok but the pricing for installation was double the price for the floor.

Everything was perfect. The paint clerk tried to direct me to more conventional choices, but quickly followed my wishes. He was polite and was just trying to ensure my ultimate satisfaction. When he recognized that I was determined in my selection, he quickly backed down.

The men came to measure for the carpet and the blinds. They were installed when promised.

I have no complaints. The discussion with the paint clerk was amusing, not annoying. The price for the carpeting may have been a bit high, but I got exactly what I wanted.

I have since redone another room using products from Home Depot. The paint, blinds, and flooring were exactly as selected and the quality, thus far, excellent.

Overall everything went really well and I had a great experience. They had 5 or 6 guys up there with hammers, and they went over every single board and pulled out single boards to replace them before installing the new roof. They were very thorough, they cleaned up everything and finished in one day. In the future if I ever have a problem I know where to find them. I could have gotten it done a little cheaper, but I wouldn't have the peace of mind that comes with knowing they will come back if anything goes wrong in the future.

Please see above. We appreciated Home Depot making good on the people they use. the estimate might have been a little high, cause of the measuring problems---it was just on the stairs. I would use again and have.

I could not have asked for a better crew that installed my carpet. They were very professional, on time and did not stop until the job was finished. The crew was Hispanic but there was not a language problem.

Our garage door was in very bad shape so we ordered a new one. It took about a week to order it and they installed it in two hours. They did a good job and we've had no problems with it since.

I was not real impressed with any aspect of my experience with them. They were not here on time and it seemed to take a rather lengthy time period to do the work. I will say the door opener was nice and did what it should, but with how they marked the price up so they could make a profit and all; I just expected a rather simple and convenient service which I didn't get.

I had a big problem with the installation of my new carpet from Home Depot. The people who came out to lay the carpeting used tacks that show through the carpeting. It looks horrible. I was even more disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the people who installed the carpets. However Home Depot was quick to apologize for the problem and sent out new people to reinstall the carpeting. I will use Home Depot if I ever need carpeting laid again.

The first guy out burned up the opener that he put in, so they had to send out someone else to do another one. That guy got it done right, and I was really impressed with how this turned out overall. The doors were exactly what we wanted, and the opener operated perfectly. Other than the little miscue, I would say this was a great service.

We had a bad carpet experience before, but I know Home Depot will replace free of charge because they mean it when they say they stand behind it. The people at the store are great, they actually have real product knowledge. The guys that installed the carpet were experts. It was done so quick, all the furniture was moved and put back right where it was. There are no seems or anything sticking up. We are very pleased.

So far every thing has been great with my new doors from Home Depot. They look nice and work properly and I think that is about all you can expect from a job like that. They did not charge a fortune like I thought they would either. Things were actually pretty cheap if you ask me. I am sure I would have no problems hiring them again.

What I loved about them was how convenient they made this for me. They moved the furniture and removed and disposed of all of the old carpeting. They did a great job putting down the new carpets too. All I had to do was pick out the carpeting from a nice selection and pay for it. They handled everything else from there and really well, I might add.

Home Depot did a great job. It was a very pleasant experience. I was very happy with the price and end results. The techs that came out were clean and I trusted them to be in my home. They were not here long before the work was done. They cleaned up behind themselves too.

Home Depot was very quick to order and install the blinds in our home. They gave us many money saving tips on the care of them as well as special cleaning for them. The blinds were special ordered, and they were very informative about all of the styles of blinds. They were very respectful and tidy.

This was the only bad experience I ever had with a contractor. The company uses independent laborers. It was a very wet, nasty day when the truck pulled up with my carpet. It turns out, they sent me a crew of men who spoke not a word of English. They unrolled my carpet on the front lawn in the rain on wet grass. I tried and tried to convey for them to stop, but they couldn't understand all the carpet was wet. The workers scratched up my floors and walls bringing it in. Noone understood me telling them to stop. It was a mess. All the seams were crooked and showing. I was waiting on my Spanish speaking neighbors to get home to translate for me. Finally with the help of the neighbors, I was able to get some control over the job. I did complain, and the store sent out people to repair the damages done to my home and fix the carpets.
