It went really well. The trip to the store didn't take long. When we got the refrigerator, it was too tall to get in the cabinet so we had to get them to pick that up and deliver a shorter refrigerator and there was no problem getting that changed out. They helped us get the best deal that we could get. We also bought a camera from them for my granddaughter's birthday and the sales person helped my husband get a good deal on it.

It took them 12 weeks to order the part; then they decided they couldn't get the part and ended up actually replacing the washing machine. I did not buy the extended warranty for the new washer. Their pricing was competitive and they were here on time. I will use them again in the future.
