Great establishment to do business with! These people problem solvers and are meticulous experts at car repair and performance applications. I am super picky about work done on my vehicles and as a result of my experience with them; I trust them completely to perform any service requested, to perfection!

Knowledgeable, friendly people that were willing to take back the plumbing part if it did not properly fit.

They were terrific! My son is a student at UAB, which makes them well suited to help him as they are very close. They dropped him off back at school and picked him up when the car was ready. They are very helpful, cooperative, reliable, honorable, and professional. The car has actually been to their shop, after the first time they repaired his car, it was okay for a while, but then it started making the noise again, and they looked at it again, and had to go much further with the repair to completely correct the problem. The second time was without charge, and they even provided a rental car without charge. They stand behind their
work!!! Their pricing is reasonable, and they are very helpful! It is good to know that my son has a place to take his car while
he is away at school. I recommend these people highly! Sorry it has taken me so long to post this review.The holidays kind of
got in the way.

It went great and the problems were actually repaired. The trucks have been running great since then and I will definitely use them for all my service needs. If you want it fixed and quot;rightand quot;, go to Hesco. They really know what they are doing.

Hesco Inc has the right price, they are thorough and explain the procedure and it is a nice experience. I asked them to do something quickly and they took the whole day.

Went great from start to finish.

I did my research and called around and got quotes from several different shops. I could tell from the first conversation that Jeff at Hesco knew his stuff and was a straight shooter. From my research, I know that they could have charged for other unnecessary repairs that I've learned other shops (dealers) routinely do in these cases. Jeff didn't do that at all. Luckily, I had caught the problem early enough to prevent it. Not only did Jeff offer the lowest price, he got the new harmonic balancer and fixed it in a couple hours when other shops wanted it overnight. He took the time to explain things and stayed late to make sure I got the car back that day. You can tell they work hard and stand by their work. They specialize in exotic cars and restorations, so this somewhat difficult job on a Ford Explorer was easy work for them and they gave me a very fair price and great service. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience. When I took my car, the driver took me to work with their shuttle service. When the car was finished, the shuttle came and picked up me from work. When I dropped off the car, they showed me the dust and grime and condition of my brakes. He explained the new brakes to me. They even offered to ride with me, so I could demonstrate the noise I was hearing. They also had the parts on site and were immediately available. They showed me the new product and explained why he chose the particular brakes. I have not had to go back for anymore work. The brakes are perfect.

Very nice staff that fixed the problem and they didnt try to sell me something that i didnt need. they took great care to protect the inside of my car from getting dirty and didnt change my radio station, didnt change or adjust anything inside the car like mirror, radio, seat or steering wheel. so agrivating when other car repair places do this! good, reliable company that i would recommend and use again.
