I own a 8 unit apartment building. He sprayed 6 of the 8 units (the other tenants did not want their unit sprayed). He was about 10 minutes late which was no big deal. I had notified the tenants to be prepared for the pest spraying and some were some were not, but that didn't matter he sprayed everywhere in the units. He did a good job, price was well in my budget, will call him again when needed.

Hayes has been a constant pest control provider for me for over a decade. They have treated houses of mine for a large array of different pest. Some infestations had been so bad that it didn't seem anyone aside from leveling the house could get rid of them. But they have Always been able to take care of the problem. This particular time I called them, scheduled them coming out, they came out like clock work, did their thing and so far I haven't had any problems. When it comes to professionals I hire to do a job for me, I have to have a level of confidence in them that the average person doesn't require when they hire people. I am in the business of houses so I have to have the professional and personal relationship that allows me to be able to make a phone call and know, beyond any doubt, That i am being treated fairly, respectfully and that the job is being done. This day there are too many people trying to do a job half way but get a premium for it. It's rare to find someone you can just say do the job and not have to micromanage but these guys you can.

We use Hayes to treat for bugs on a regular basis in a house our daughter is living in while in school. We have been delighted with how willing Hayes has been to work around her schedule. She also reports that Hayes has always been pleasant to deal with, helpful and kind. That is very important to us as we are out-of-state owners of the house. In addition, they have controlled the bug problem. We would definitely recommend.

I have been using them for 8 to ten years; quite a while. They are very nice and their chemicals work. They kill the bugs and keep our house bug-free. I know they do use natural products. I believe all their products are natural. That doesn't necessarily equal organic. Actually, all molecules are chemicals but I am a scientist. It doesn't have the hazardous chemical residue. They call to schedule every month but I couldn't schedule because I wasn't near a calendar but I will call and reschedule them today.

I don't have any complaints although the $100 plus I pay every year seems excessive since they never do anything. I guess the fee is more like an insurance policy than an actual service.

They are a small company and we use them because they are less expensive. Usually termite contractors just retreat the termite areas but they won’t replace the areas but they do replace contract as well. They do a good job.

Hayes does a great job with my termites. They are always extremely professional, or I wouldn't use them. They always call before hand and make sure that someone will be home. I also like how competitive their prices are. They don t try and take advantage of me.

Andy Hendricks from Hayes Pest Service Incorporated does an excellent job. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help me. I have a dog, and last summer, he had very bad fleas. After speaking with Andy, he offered to put an additional chemical down that would kill fleas. Since he has started doing that, I have seen a drastic improvement. He is extremely knowledgeable and always explains what kind of chemicals he is laying down. Andy also knows that I am concerned about any chemicals that my dog might get into, so he uses chemicals that are pet safe. I am very pleased with Hayes Pest Service Incorporated, and I am certain I will be with them for a long time.
