- [ ] I am not one who likes to judge others but felt compelled to share my experience. Please understand that if you are considering using Harwell Building company it would be a mistake. His “pay ahead” schedule he inisists upon will leave you in a very vulnerable position. Barry made many mistakes, some of which involved dishonesty, others of which involved poor craftsmanship. Instead of correcting those mistakes, he decided to “cancel the contract” for the job while he was ahead financially by thousands of dollars. I was left to finish the job myself and spent much more than our contracted price. Despite many attempts at communication and hope on my part that he would be integritous in his work, I discovered Barry Harwell was not a man to be trusted. Whomever you choose to do your work, perform due diligence and be wiser than I was.
