selling process! Our home had been on the market for almost a year before my

The entire marketing experience was vastly different and more professional than with the other agents.  From putting a sign up "Coming Soon" while I worked on cosmetic recommendations he suggested to be done first to having his stager (upscale here : ) suggest interior color scheme. 
We, as Gusty says it, "Went live" this weekend  with signs on every corner from every entrance point to the subdivision pointing the way to the house and a gorgeous professional photographer photo shoot appearing on the web page.  
With in days we had and negotieated on an offer and are officially listed "under contract".  
After so many agents handling the house ineffectively (and basically uncaring - just sitting on it hoping if it sold they would get a commission instead of taking an active role in making a sale likely) I can atest to the fact: the right agent, the right team, makes a difference!
