They did a very good job. They were very professional.

They performed service around my schedule. Their price was comparable to other estimates. They also advised us that a rebate might be available from Alagasco.

The plumber was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and on time the first time. He fixed the hot water and replaced the washer in the cold faucet as well. The cold water began leaking from the faucet. Called them back and they were supposed to show up on Wednesday, but no show, no call and Thursday no show, no call. Thursday I called the answering service and got the plumber. He agreed to come first thing and showed up as promised on Friday. HE got it fixed right away, no charge. I talked to the owner, Mr. Guin about the no-shows and he was really upset. He had been out of town. He wrote me a nice letter and sent me a check for my trouble. I think that the no-shows were a fluke, very irritating at the time, but I got the owner at home and he was great, and I am sure he put it right. I will use them again.

I had a very good experience with Guin & Associates. They were quick to respond when I called them and send someone right over. They were also very particular about cleaning up after themselves and did not leave a bit mess in my home. They were extremely professional. I think their prices are a little high but for the work that they do it is worth it
