On time, every time. The owner as well as his entire crew were very polite. They kept their appointment date even after a tornado damaged some areas nearby and were keeping his crews very busy. In my case, we spoke a few weeks prior to the storm and scheduled an appointment to remove some old trees before they became a liability to my home and he still fit me in. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

A friend had warned me to be home during the trimming, she'd heard horror stories of people hiring tree services, only to come home and find the wrong tree being removed. I had faith in Greenbriar, but decided to stick around anyway. The crew showed up right on time, six of them altogether. They got right to work, very professionally, even suggesting a few extra things, that might need to be trimmed. When they were done, they even blew off the walkways and stairs. They were at my house for 6 hours, so I consider their pricing excellent. They were also extremely pleasant to deal with. I expected some mix-ups, as the Robert who had given me the estimate, was out of town that day. But his crew chief, Matt, knew exactly what he was to do, and they completed the job without mishap.

Greenbriar did a quick and efficient job of trimming our trees. They were completed in about two hours and they hauled off all of the clipped limbs. We now have no limbs on our roof or near our roof to possible cause any roof damage.
