Grace Klein renovated our kitchen and they were awesome! We had several contractors bid the job and from the initial quote to job completion they were professional, competent, and easy to work with. Every employee and sub-contractor was respectful of our home and family. We have worked with other contractors and this company is head and shoulders above the others we have worked with. Their bid was also competitive. The kitchen looks amazing!

Price was $2k less than the other contractor. They showed up on time, did a perfect job, cleaned up their mess and exceeded every expectation.

They were very professional and timely. They had a high quality of work and I thought the pricing was fair.

My goal was to replace the door worn by sun exposure past repair with the same eight panel door with eyebrow panels at top. Grace Klein Construction found the exact door with the correct wood grain (ie. not oak) and stained it to match. I am very happy with the results and the price paid.

Grace Klein Construction Inc. were very prompt in coming out and in getting our quote and I loved them. They were so nice. They were very professional. But we did not choose them because they were a lot more professional than the person we ended up going with. If we only had to make our decision based on the people involved, we would have gone with them. We did really want to use them. Their estimate was so detailed but we just couldn't afford them. They quoted quality material and I felt like they would do quality work. They listened to everything I wanted and their quote included all of those things I wanted. When we called them for a quote, they had someone out here that day. We did not get that response from all the companies, so they stood out in that. They were just so good. One of the owners came out to do the quote. If I could afford them, I'd hire them in the future.

They pulled off all of the siding on an area of my chimney that had leaked. They removed all of the rotten wood and replaced it. They sealed up the leak and replaced the removed siding with new. The paint was matched. It was all very neat and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They installed a gutter, tested it with the hose, and got the downspot in the exact area I wanted. They seemed to be backed up and it was a little hard to get the quote but once everything was set in motion they did great.

They were great. They were very on time and very courteous. The price was reasonable.

We called about this project and they came out when they said they would to quote. The quote was detailed and they gave us some options we had not considered. When it came time to do the work, they showed up on time and was very professional and courteous from start to finish. The company is also involved in a lot of charity work helping those in need. You can tell their faith has alot of impact in how they run their business.

Went very well. Estimate was right on the money. Provided us with updates and advice as work proceeded. Did what they said would do. Well satisfied. Would recommend.

I hated everything about the experience. It was horrible. It was shoddy work. The cabinet installer clearly didn't know what he was doing. He dropped tools, installed screws crooked, and damaged my floor in the process. I would tell anyone to run as far away from this company as they can. They were punctual.

They did a good job and it was done in a tinely manner.

We chose Grace Klein after conducting several extensive interviews with remodeling firms in the Birmingham area. My wife and I instantly felt at ease during the interview (initial estimate appointment) with Gary (the lead project manager). He is very up front, honest, and easy to talk to. I got along really well with Gary and so did my wife. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and these folks. Gary and the rest of the folks at Grace Klein care a lot about satisfaction and will do anything reasonable to accomodate you. I am SO VERY proud of the work that they did and it did not cost us an arm and a leg. My kitchen and bathroom remodels total cost was less than half of what other contractors wanted for JUST my kitchen. I felt comfortable with EVERYONE that Grace Klein sent out. These are professional people and I had NO problem with their employees being around my kids / wife without me there...very nice, professional, honest folks. They were in our house for several months with not one issue. Donnovan on flooring, awesome job. Kitchen Floor Install (and levelling) and Bath (leveling)...Phillip and Brad did my cabinets and bathroom floors and both look incredilbe ! Got a kick out of Brad and Phillip....they were so easy to get along with they were like old friends almost. Great guys. Bill worked on my shower surround and the job he did was very nice. All great guys. The things that really set Grace Klein apart are Quality of Workmanship, Honesty and Integrity, Deadline/ Goal Attainment, Communication, and Professional and Coutreous Manner. Please go look at their website. It really tells the story of the company and of their employees. These are great people who do a lot of outreach to those in need. You need to know about character ? Look at the bios....it sold me. Let me tell you. This company really does go above and beyond. Phillip, Gary, etc really added extra value. They stopped me when I would request something that was feasible, but not quite right (example I wanted to put brand new tile around a 45 year old tub)...most contractors would have done as i said . On the day of the tile install, Phillip called me and said and quot;Sir, I think you need to look at this tub before i do this and see if it will meet your satisfactionand quot; Well, he was right. We got the tub reglazed for a nominal fee from an outside vendor. It needed to be done before the tile install. If we didn't do this we would have had bright gleaming white tile around a dingy 45 year old tub (that did not look so old before the tear out !) This is SO VERY IMPORTANT. In this day and age, usually and sadly, people do not care and they just do as you ask. Phillip realized that he needed to ask this question above to give me the first right of refusal. I sure am glad he did. These guys stop, think, ask and innovate. Time and time again. I could go on and on. Not very well, but I'm deleting the details and moving on. They made many mistakes in my house, hoping they learned from them.
