We purchased a home in Pelham in May of 2010 that has a Gem alarm system. After making six (SIX?!) phone calls to the company with no response I have given up. We just need them to give us a new alarm code so that I can use my system, but that still hasn't happened in two months. I am getting quote from other companies and hope to have a new alarm installed by ADT very soon.

I feel much protected having Gem Alarms monitoring my home because they are so prompt. We have had a few false alarms due to our own mistakes but they responded so quick that I know I would have nothing to worry about if it had been the real thing. The only thing I wish they would do is monthly alarm checks.
