Heating and Air Conditioning Service
James is the HVAC person for our landlord and as the home owner is not doing a great job of maintaining the rental house, James had to come numerous times to fix the HVAC. The homeowner knows there is a leak in the line, but does not want to replace the whole unit, and therefore, James has to come occasionally to refill the freon. He was always very pleasant and hardworking. We were especially impressed when he came on a Sunday moring, on Father's Day to fix our AC! What wonderful service as it got very hot in our leaky rental home! We were so happy that he came so quickly and on a holiday too! I do not know what his pricing is as the landlord pays for the HVAC service.
