A professional with a true talent, Mr. Rowell was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my call quickly, set a date to look at the furniture and was on time. He was even able to repair our sofa frame on the spot, much to our surprise and relief.

The owner was on time, gave me an accurate estimate and delivery date. He fulfilled all, plus he was a very nice person.

It was fixed with strong glue and cost a little more than the estimate, but I'm very pleased and have forgotten the charge.

It went well. He came on time. Was able to assess the situation and provide fixes so that the drawers were able to open and close and remain on the wooden track that kept them from falling out.

The overall experience was excellent. The owner promptly returned my call and set up a time for the estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a written quote at that time. He gave me a completion date and the service was completed prior to that date. He delivered the furniture back to me in great shape and at the exact time he said he would deliver it. Very prompt.

The arm broke off one of our dining room chairs. The set is over 14 years old, so to obtain a new one would be difficult at best. We contacted Furniture Medic and arranged for them to come look at the chair. He was very prompt and professional and fixed the chair right then. It isn't the highest quality job but given how the arm broke it was a very good job. We would use them again if the need arose.

The owner of the local Furniture Medic franchise scheduled an appointment. He was able to come to our house within a few days of our initial contact. He arrived on time, examined the furniture and gave a quote on the spot. I agreed to what I thought was a reasonable price. He set to work immediately, and in less than an hour he was finished. I examined his work and was quite pleased with it. If you looked at the former bad spots, you would never know that there was any damage. He was personable, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Several months ago, our dog severely chewed the corner of one of the armoire doors along with scratchs in other places. The damage caused by the chewing was approximately 8 inches long and was so obvious and, we thought, severe that my wife wanted to replace the armoire. After finding Furniture Medic and talking to them on the phone, I decided to try them. Butch Rowell arrived punctually, surveyed the damage and began working his magic. After about an hour and a half, the armoire door looked as good as new. If you really look close and feel the damaged area you can tell that it had been damaged but anyone who didn't know the damage was there would never see it. Butch was extremely professional. He removes his shoes when he arrives, covers his work area to avoid any damage to surrounding areas, and thoroughly cleans up when he finished. I would highly recommend using Furniture Medic to repar any damaged piece of furniture that you do not want to replace for financial or sentmental reasons.
