Freedom Heating & Cooling

No one answers the phone or returns calls or emails. 2 days. We have a unit u Der warranty with Freedom. Keeps breaking. Unit just a xouple of years old. Have to beg them to come fix it 2 years in a row now. They are the absolute worst company.

Matt Herndon, a seasoned veteran of ac systems, came to our rescue after 17 days of no ac this summer. This man deserves high reccomendation because he is the only one at Freedom I've dealt with that was honest, didn't try to sell me something, and was true to his word. You don't find that anymore. I've dealt with Freedom for 6 or 7 years and it's been a terrible ride with their many technicians Ive seen and the awful expensive unit I was sold so I won't change my google review. Matt, thank you so much for your hard work, honesty, and professionalism sir!

They did a good job. Feel like I was treated fairly. I live in an expensive zipcode, where many service providers jack up prices because they think they can get away with it. Freedom didn't do that. Good company. Solid work.

Vincent was great about suggesting how to address the water accumulating in our yard; he didn't have enough PVC pipe to address it today, but we'll schedule a follow up visit. He was also great about talking me through the tune-up so we would understand the areas to watch as our old unit winds down. We opted to buy a service agreement; we look forward to working with this company in the future.

They were on time, did what they say they would do, I am very pleased with the service and the service was really good.

I thought it went well, but it didn't really make a difference to our clothes drying issues. We ended up having another company come out to do the job and they did a great job and it made a huge difference. The new company accessed the vent outside to clean it out, which this company didn't do. (I'm not sure what exactly they did.)

They put their things all over my kitchen table, napkins and tablecloth and I didn't like that and I told him so.

I guess it came through okay. What I got through them was maintenance and the next couple of weeks I had to get a new unit. It didn't work right. He told me what I had would last me for a while. He did notice that I didn't have a perfect unit, my unit was old. On July 28th, I had to buy a whole new unit. That was okay that was good. The pricing was good. The quality was good.

They do a really good job. It was easy to set up the appointment. They came out when they said they would.

The only complaint is they forgot to turn the gas on heating component on, so when the temperature dropped the house was cold for 2 days. But they sent someone over and fixed it promptly as soon as we called them.

Mike, the team leader, was great; he explained everything in detail so that I could understand the process. Josh and Cory, the technicians, were prompt and did a fantastic job with the installation; they were personable, quiet and thorough. The whole experience was professional, from the office staff at Freedom to the techs that finished the job.
