I asked that my previous review be removed because I am not satisfied with the final outcome! I was trying not to trash a small business because I know how hard times are and we all need to work, but I worked hard for my money. Since the original review has not been removed, I feel the need to provide an update on this project. Pieces of trim are falling off the walls and stairs and other pieces were not secured at all. Next, there were protruding nails on the staircase that I had to hammer down after my grandchild stepped on one barefoot. I begged Christina and KD/Rodney to come back to fix these issues starting July 24th, all I got No Call/No Show on three different occasions they promised to be here.
