We were very pleased with this provider and we will definitely use Fast Appliance Service again. Daniel Morgan is honest, reliable and polite. He seemed considerate of the cost to us for possible replacement parts. Fortunately, we did not need to replace any parts. We simply had a bad connection and Daniel Morgan quickly solved the problem.

I called someone else first to come look at it. He told me it was fine (even though it wasn't) and left. I then called Fast Appliance Repair and left a message about coming to fix my freezer. He called back promptly and asked some questions. He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. Unfortunately, I had to get a new freezer, but the diagnosis was free and only took a few minutes. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely call again for any appliance needs in the future.
