That’s good! They had a good price on that. Responses were good. They have done several jobs having to do with tune ups of cars, tire replacements and other mechanical things that was needed. Tires are still on there and doing well. The work they did was timely and done professionally. The personal who was the contact with the customer was excellent.

I've used Express Oil Change in Vestavia for years to change my oil. They have always been extremely professional and courteous. Also, they don't try to sell me something every time I go in, so I trust them when they tell me I need to replace something.

This provider was definitely interested in helping me maintain and care for my car. A lot of service was performed on my car, but I felt they were more interested in keeping my car in good shape rather than up selling me on things/services I didn't need. I even suggested services that the dealer had emailed/mailed me about, and they checked out the car and determined those services weren't needed. Very good experience.

I have used the Express Oil on Rocky Ridge Road since we moved to Vestavia in 1995 and they have been life savers. I go there first with any automotive problem because they are not trying to rip me off. They always do a great job. Today was no exception.
I was at the BP station a mile down the road from Express Oil and my car wouldn't start. I called Mike and he sent a man down to jump my car so I could get it to their garage to see what the problem was. The guy was with me in less than five minutes, we got the car started and to Express. Mike checked the battery (from Sear) and it needed to be replaced. He advised me that it was still under warranty at Sears if I wanted to take it to them. I told him I would just buy a new one from him. He put a new one in and I was on my way.
