No complaints what-so-ever. I received an estimate within a couple of hours of calling him. He had no problems changing plans when I called to ask about upgrading to a better unit the next day. He arrived around 10am and had the system installed in about 4 hours. Everything was clean and working perfectly by 2pm. I look forward to having him do my anual system maintenance.
