My old pool pump stopped working, I knew it was aged and needed to be replaced. Called Elite Pool Services, they gave me estimated price over the phone. I agreed. The came the day the promised (about 4 days later) and replaced my pool pump. It was not the first job they have done for me. They are really good.

I called Elite after having a bad experience with an independent. Elite was prompt, courtesy, professional, and has always been on time. I want my pool to be clean, healthy, and inviting. Elite helps me do that every week all year long. They've also been very helpful in keeping my equipment repaired as needed at fair prices. I get an email every week after the tech has come by that shows me pictures and details on exactly what was done to the pool. The peace of mind that I get knowing that Elite will take care of it is invaluable to me. John, their service manager, has been very patient and understanding, as I tend to worry about things that i can't control (like moving pool equipment parts!). He has personally made having a pool that much more enjoyable.
