Real Estate Service
We discovered major structural damage in the bathroom and outside drainage over the past few weeks. We called Eddleman to see if we could get the builder to come look at the damage. The answer we received is that the warranty did not transfer with the seller and damage was not their problem. They did say they could recommend a tile guy but I think we will pass. The bathroom damage and drainage issue is estimated to be on the thousands of dollars to repair.. I would highly recommend an intense home inspection before buying an Eddleman property..
