Dove Overhead Door

We’ve used them about 5 times over the years and have been very pleased each time. From helping us maintain a 30yo opener (without pushing us to replace) to replacing a rotten panel to finally replacing our opener, they’ve been prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

I called this morning and within about an hour, the serviceman was here. He was very professional and friendly. Jeff went right to work and was finished in about 45 minutes. I had a coupon from Angie's List and the whole process was very satisfactory.
We were very pleased. We have used this company for years, whenever need would arise.
We will continue to use them for garage door issues.

Once the technician saw what the garage door was doing or in my case not doing he knew exactly what the problem was. He showed me the worn parts and replaced them with little effort. I highly recommend this company for garage door repair.

when the provider arrived he tested the garage door opener and it seemed to work fine. Then he noticed the extreme noise and vibrations coming from the housing. Has he was taking the opener apart, pieces of metal and plastic fell from the opener. If not fixed the opener wouldn't have last longer and could have resulted in having to replace the complete garage door opener. After putting it all together it sounded and worked great.

The first time we called we were told to clean the beams as that is often the only problem. They did not want us to have to pay for a service call if we could correct the minor problem ourselves. We really appreciated their trying to save us money. However, when cleaning didn't work a service call was made to adjust the beams. He also tightened the door as it was too loose.

The thing that stands out the most about them is their promptness getting out here, especially because I had some place to go to. They were out the next day or that afternoon; I cannot remember now. They were really good. I had used them before; I think I had gotten the door from them. They did a good job, and they were not overly pricey for me to pay for the work. They could not open the door until the spring was replaced, so they had to go inside the garage, and since the cars were in there, they did not have enough room to work in, but they got it done. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were on time and did a good job in a cost-effective manner. I give them the highest ratings on all counts.

The quote was similar to the other quotes we got from other companies. He gave me a time frame and came on the early part of that. He answered all my questions and explained why we had the situation we did. I paid $125 for the work.
