Contacted company based on neighbor's suggestion. Does not follow through: i.e., tells me he'll be at my house at one time, doesn't show, I have to call him. Tells me he'll call me; doesn't call me; I have to call him. No quote. When he does call, expects to come out within an hour to do work. Not practical as I work on other side of town and have to schedule my time off. Very unprofessional. May do great work, but lousy business practices.
Update to first review. Electrician finally contacted me on 7/19 and we discussed the project. We scheduled work for 7/21. He was punctual, professional, personable, and did quick good work (as far as I can tell). Explained why so hard for us to connect initially. My opinion of the electrician has improved and I will use him again.
