Electrical Service
At first Dennis was professional and his rates were reasonable. Despite his abrupt nature, we felt he did a first class job. However, when he learned that we were working with a designer, his demeanor and prices changed accordingly. We asked his several times for estimates on ongoing jobs but he continually put us off. When he did inform us of the cost, it was three times greater than his original bid. We then agreed to have him finish the current job he'd undertaken but not anything further. Instead of performing in a professional manner, Dennis chose to install the last lights by causing more damage than necessary that had to be fixed at our expense.
