We quickly developed a mutual trust, with him proposing a price which was pretty close to what I expected, and a sound rationale for it. Once the strategy was agreed upon, we listed, and thanks to David’s resourcefulness, we received an offer within a couple of days of going live, and a counteroffer the following day that was within 2% of list price...incredible. I would recommend David to anyone in need real estate services...they will not be disappointed
