Richard Cranford and Corey Varden do a great job and CRV offers a great value for the monthly price. I would like to see a quicker resolution time for maintenance requests ( requests are very few and far between so this is minor, the value of services for the monthly monitoring fee far outweighs this). My alarm system was installed about a year ago and it has been great.
