 + -1 moreIt was one of those situations where it went very poorly with the installation but both Costco and Oldcastle stepped up and got the right installer out the second time. They totally redid the job at no additional cost to us. I would consider using them again.

 + -1 moreThe service was much quicker than previous experience. Costco now sets appointments for service and this seems to have really streamlined their process. Their prices are the best i have found, especia;lly when you factor in the road hazard and free rotation.

 + -1 moreCostco always treats me right and does a great job. They were extremely fast in getting the tires on and it makes me feel better knowing they are going to do the job right the first time. Even though they were putting 4 tires on as well as balancing them, it only took the mechanics 30 minutes. They are also very polite and courteous and the waiting room they provide is wonderful. I would recommend Costco.
