Cook's Pest Control

We have used cooks for many years. The past 4 month I have has problem with the technician that comes out to perform the services. The technician does not do the thing he list on your bill, but is billing me for services. I call and asked for a new technician never got one. I call as asked to speak to the Manager he never called me back. I call again I was told that an email was sent to the Manager with my phone number and name and I still never got a call. I call again an told them not to sent the same technician to my house but they still schedule him to come out. I called that day to cancel my contract that how I found out that they were still going to send the same technician back. I cancel my contract that day. On the visit in question 7/20/22 my neighbor saw the technician from cooks setting in the truck and never got out to do the service that I paid him for. On the bill he stated and I quote " I swept the eaves windows and doors to remove webs and wasp nests (they were still there when I came home) "Also I inspected, cleaned and baited the ant stations around your home." We really like them. We pay them $37 a month for monthly service and $55 for mosquito control. It was amazing. We used them for mosquito control only for a certain amount in a year. Within 24 hours, 80% of the mosquitoes were gone and it continued to decline for the next day. We might see one mosquito a day until it wears off. We have a stream behind our house, so we have a bit of a problem with the mosquitoes. We have never seen anything like it and it's really great. The price is fair.

They are reliable and their cost is reasonable. I will continue to use this company in the future for our pest control.

It went perfect. They are always on time and do a great job. We haven't had any problems since!

I would rate them an A overall. I would use them in the future.

I have been happy with their work. They call the day before and tell me the approximate time they will be coming; they don't come into the house, so I don't need to be there when they come. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

The actual service provided was good, and their prices were fair. However, I simply could not get them to communicate properly with me. I have a dog that must be put inside so that the technician can access the back yard and basement. I have to coordinate service on a day where I know I can get back to the house in order to let the dog out again. I asked multiple times for the tech to call me a day or two ahead of time so that I could plan accordingly. Instead, the tech would typically call me the morning that he wanted to come by and let me know he would be there in an hour or two. After this happened several times, I finally spoke to a manager and asked to have it corrected. It continued to happen, and I finally got fed up. Worst of all, there was more than one occasion when I was charged for full service knowing full well that the tech had not treated the backyard and basement (gate was locked). When I complained, the tech would return to finish the job, but I got tired of dealing with the problem.

I am quite pleased with Cooks. They are very good at what they do. They are responsible and reliable. That is what I like best about their great service.

I am going to have to say that Cook's is an A team and they are always reliable. They provide this service for me once a month. They always do a good job and the price is reasonable. They will also do the inside if I find it necessary. They are very pleasant and professional and they get the job done. I pay them monthly for my services.

They are great! They even leave a written report of what they have done for me. They are professional and are always on top of any problem that we have. The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've used Cook's for the past seven years, and they come every month. They treat every time they come for something, whether it's ants, roaches, termites, or spiders. They call before they come and if we see any bugs in between their visits, they'll come at no extra cost.

They came out when they were suppose to and they called first. Cook s have been in business for along time, and they have a good reputation. I haven t seen a single bug since they sprayed. They did a good job and they guarantee their work.
