They also have their termite service. They seemed reliable. It’s a good company and the service is good. We just started using them three months ago and so far I haven’t had any problems with them.

We have two separate contracts with them, one for termite control, and the other a monthly contract with them, where they just come out and spray for regular bugs and stuff. It is about $37 for the regular spray, and the other we pay for upfront. I really don?t know how much that is. It was several thousand dollars because they had to put in the system in the ground around the house and all that. We had used them before at our other residence, so we decided to stick with them, because we liked their service. They are responsive, and the quality of their work is fine. We would continue to use them in the future.

I submitted a BBB negative report after calling the co. several times, but of course they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by ''checking'' my house. After the co. got the report the mgr. called my wife (I was out of town) and almost made her cry. All I asked for was 1/2 of all that I had paid, and a cancellation of the contract. That is more than fair since they could not have possibly checked my back yard, and according to my neighbors I doubt they checked the front.

I have had a great experience with Cooks Pest Control. The people who come to your home are very respectful and courteous. They are also extremely professional. Someone always calls you a couple of days in advance, to let you know they will be coming out and at what time and they always show up on time. They are also very quick to jump on a problem, if they do find one so it doesn't get out of hand. I will continue using Cooks Pest Control.
