They did some work for us that some of the regular guys didn’t want to do. They are more of a commercial bonafide provider for real companies. The air conditioning units were made in Japan and were very efficient and light weight. They were of a different style. They were more hi-tech and so many of the regular guys couldn’t do the job. Contracts LLC had an installer. Two of those units gave some problem and they stood behind their work 100%. They had to lay people off due to recession and the man that they had had put in hundreds of these units. The guy that they had working for them now that they thought could do this job, really couldn’t do it. He was lying to them and I could tell it but I couldn’t tell them that. But they found out that he couldn’t get the job done. So they hired an outside guy as a contractor to come back. They replaced two of those units completely and solved the problem. They didn’t give up until they did what needed to be done. I have used them before and would use them again because they do a good job.
