Concrete Formed Walls Inc

Concrete Formed Walls was one of three concrete contractors I had price my new house basement walls and slab. They were the only contractor that actually came out and looked at my project prior to placing a bid. They were courteous and professional and provided a verbal quote within two or three days. No written quote was provided, but I did not ask for one. They were a good bit cheaper than the other two quotes. Although they were delayed some by the weather, they completed the project within a reasonable amount of time. They use older metal forms, so the walls come out a little rough, but were straight and in the right locations. Some finish work may be needed if the walls are to be exposed. The slab installation went well. They dug out and leveled the earth prior to spreading gravel and installing the plastic and wire. The final project looks good. They were happy to provide a price for labor only. I provided the materials. They will price the job any way you choose.
