"we did not do this roof for this person. we were called about a leak approx.,two years after these people purchaced . we came right out and corrected the problem.there was no charge.we did not know they were not happy with us or ungrateful as there labor guarantee has expired"

Michael Cobb was very prompt giving an estimate. His crew did a great job and were very professional. They cleaned up during the job and left the yard clean and free of debris. I would recommend.

Mr. Cobb was extremely reasonable and punctual. It was an insurance claim and he worked well with them and myself, making sure everything was taken care of. He did an excellent job. The adjuster and a competing roofing company even commented on the quality of his work from 15 years ago. He puts a product down that is meant to last and is done properly.

Birmingham had very heavy rains earlier this week. My single sister called me for advice because water had come in through her roof. She had called Cobb Roofing without knowing anything about them except they were from Trussville. Even though roofers were extremely bush this week, They came to her house the next day after the call.

Roofing done in timely manner, but skylight still leaks. They have sent a repair crew twice to "fix" it by applying caulk. After 4 months, the main part of the roof where it joins the porch is leaking to the point that the ceiling is ruined in the living room. They will try to repair the leak in the roof. They are charging us $650 to remove the leaking skylight, put in decking and re-roof.

"the customer said the skylite had problems for a long time.they asked us to remove the skylite,deck over the hole and reroof the area.this was on a backporch .they asked us for a price to do this extra work.they were told the cost and agreed."
