Clem Electric Service

Joe Clem the owner was outstanding. He was very professional and punctual. His price was very fair, and he went beyond my expectations in explaining what he was doing and what was needed to make the repair.

Mr. Clem did a wonderful job. He was efficient and walked me through everything he was doing. His prices were more than fair for the work he preformed. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Joe showed up on time and completed the work quickly. There was a problem, but Joe quickly figured out what is was an corrected it. I plan on hiring him again for a couple more projects.

Very well, that's why I've hired him numerous times. Dehumidifier and sump pump in crawlspace; changed from fuses to breakers; additional outlets across back of house and deck. Just a few things Mr. Clem has done for me.

The work looks great, all the old unsafe wiring and splices in the attic were removed and put in junction boxes. Outdoor outlets are great, turned out exactly how I hoped it would, and really improve the function of my back porch. Mr. Clem had good communication with me to let me know when he would be there and the progress of the work.

Joe was prompt and worked hard. Got it all done for a very fair price.

Clem Electric was the first to answer my call late in the evening. He showed up first thing the next morning, quickly found the problems and fixed them.

He does excellent work and is fast.

Joe found old breakers in old main box outside were failing and he replaced 3 or 4 of the breakers with new breakers. He treated the contact areas to try and help maintain a good contact area. Joe also gave me a reasonable estimate to do an upgrade of new breaker boxes inside and outside. So far the problems have gone away but I will likely contact Joe to do the upgrade at a later date.

He was really good. He is really nice.

Joe showed up at the house within a very short time of my first call.  The job wasn't a complicated one, but he interrupted his schedule and made time to help me get it done right there on the spot.

How did it go?!  As usual, everything went as smooth as clockwork. Before he arrived, I had already purchased my dusk to dawn lights, and the smoke detector. He came in, looked them over and went right to work. Now, I have used Joe before and I consider him a very knowledgeable person, as well as a friend, so I listen when he offers suggestions. Because all of my new lights were white and matched, AND my motion sensors by my front doors were not working correctly, he suggested I replace them while he was here. I got online (Home Depot), picked out two that I liked, paid for them and Joe went and picked them up. How's that for service?? He really knows his stuff, knows how to treat his customers (and fairly) AND ALWAYS leaves the work area even better than it was.  I truly think that he is one of the best!!

We were extremely pleased with Joe's work. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He’s courteous and a true professional. We were so satisfied that we have decided to have him back for some other work.

I called him on Monday he came to my home on time on Thursday. He repaired every thing quickly and correctly.He even asked for a broom and dust pan and cleaned up.

He is awesome. He even rewired my entire house. When I called him the light going out and he stays on his work, he's not like some of the other companies I found that once they do their job, that's it you don't see them again. If I say, "Hey, this isn't working out" they will not come back out and Joe's not like that, I call him and tell him the lights out, its' really fine and everything, he just got out, he comes out and brings the part, goes out there, replaces it and doesn't even charge me labor. You couldn't ask for better than that. When I call him and I say, "this is not working, the plugs are not working on the outside" and he'd say, "It would. Have you done the reset on them? or box and he said, "You know which box there again?" and he'll tell me that "If that didn't fixed it let me know so I can look at them".

It is a one-man company and he seemed to be very reliable. He came one day, identified the problems and came the next day and then worked from about nine to two in the afternoon. He seemed very thorough and we have had no problems so far with work that he did. He is the third electrician that we have had look at a particular problem and every other time the problem returned but so far, it has been a month and we have had no problems. I will call him again. He came the same day I called, worked for number of hours and then he came back the next morning.

Mr. Clem is very courteous, punctual, and thorough. He performed a small job for us last summer and we could not have been more pleased with his work. I am very impressed at how he takes the time to explain the issue and how he will be repairing it.

He was courteous knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away.
