Paul was recommended by a work friend to be my buyer's agent in purchasing my first home. I had been stumbling around myself for a month or two, but once we connected he immediately made me feel he was experienced and could help me out!
He handled all my interactions with the seller's agent, drew up a sales contract that was in my best interest, negotiated with the seller's agent, and was very patient with all my questions and emails. Always professional, good sense of humor, and experienced in the business. Exactly what I needed.
We closed on my house on 6/30/11. He was at closing, and explained most of what I was going to sign before we got to it. I highly recommend him!
