"I am sorry that you were upset with the condo questionnaire fee that we charge as a part of your loan application. This is a standard charge in our industry and our fee is lower than most. This is an a la carte service provided for homeowners and are items that the lender could process themselves but choose to put the burden on the management company. We have found it to be more equitable to charge this to owners that request it rather than charging all owners for these needs of a few.
