Birmingham Dumpster

I was leary of this service company because of poor ratings, however, I needed a dumpster at my house and their price seemed okay.  I was worried about a particular comment where the customer ordered a dumpster but didn't get delivered until many days later despite checking back with them.  I spoke with a person on the phone and got a feeling in talking with them that they just weren't very sharp.  I couldn't afford a similar experience like the one I read about.  I wound up not calling for one at all.  My remodel job would have gone quicker I believe had I been able to have one but I just couldn't find a company to do it that I felt good about.

I called this guy on July 26th to set up a dumpster to be delivered to my house. At first I thought that the guy on the phone was just a man a few words. (I would later learn that he was just a jerk who had absolutely zero care for customer service.) About 5 days after the dumpster was originally supposed to be delivered, it finally showed up. I called Greg multiple times and he was absolutely zero help. When I was ready to move the dumpster from my driveway so that we could move in, the dumpster was 5 days late getting picked up. I called Greg every day and all he would say was, "Yea, they'll get to it today or tomorrow." I finally asked if he could give me any more information or to speak to someone who could give me some information and he replied, "I just gave you the information." I asked to speak with his manager and he proceeded to tell me that he was one of the owners and then hung up on me. I will never-EVER use these guys again and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen how terrible of a company they run. DO NOT use these people for any reason. It was the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered.
