We wanted Category (Cat) 6A cabling rather than just Cat 6. Neither Wayne nor I had any experience with Cat 6A cabling and found that the cabling standards were much more convoluted than expected. We both dug in and Wayne got assistance from his distributors and got up to speed on the necessary details very quickly. When it came time to do the work, Wayne was on time and very professional the entire time. I had two additional cable runs I kept as optional, but since the initial installation went so well, we had him out to do the additional runs. We were very pleased with Wayne's work and will definitely use him again in the future.

Over a couple of planning sessions, the alarm and satellite equipment was relocated and connected at my new home :-)

He is great. He's prompt, he's reasonable. He does what he says he is going to do. He did a good job. I don't have any complaints with him, he did really good.

It was a good experience. What stood out to me was probably his personality and hard work. He was easy to work with.

We had been told repeatedly by other companies that it would be impossible to install surround sound system in our 80+ year old house. Wayne Benton had a great can-do attitude. He used existing equipment and guided us through choosing the best new equipment (speakers, amplifier/server, universal remote, etc.). He brought in other folks - electrician, carpenter, etc. - as needed. The result is better than we had hoped (no exposed wiring, no damage to plaster, etc.).
However, the best part of the story is Wayne's service after the sale, which largely consists of education (learning how new system works/unlearning how the old system had worked).
The icing on the cake: when we had a lightening strike this summer, he evaluated damage, assessed replacement/repair, etc.
Just wish I could give this company an A+!

Wayne Benton provided innovative solutions to revamp my sound system combining new and old equipment to bring my media and sound system into this century. He delivered more than I initially thought possible, including a wireless system that rid my living room of the unsightly equipment and tangle of wires, not to mention, truly a universal remote control! His fees were fair; he looked for economical ways to implement the system without compromising quality. He is knowledgeable and always seemed to be searching for a more elegant solution; most importantly, he is immediately responsive to completing punch lists and responding to questions about the system and how to use it. He will be the person I call for any future audio/visual solutions.

It went GREAT. I contacted Wayne who came out and gave me an estimate of what it would take to complete the task. We then scheduled an appointment for the installation. Even when he ran into a snag - he did not miss a beat. Just kept working until the project was complete. He cleaned up as he went so even though he had to cut brick and sheetrock, there was absolutely no mess when he was done. He even cleaned up some cabling which was done sloppily by a previous vendor. I received several bids on this job and Wayne was the lowest - his workmanship and professionalism is exceptional. I will DEFINITELY be using him for my next audio visual project!

Mr Benton was extremely helpful in designing a solution for our needs that was cost-effective, efficient and unobtrusive. His estimate was precise, he worked very quickly and did extremely professional work. The wiring is all inside the walls and finished with faceplates. I know have DSL in multiple locations in my home, and the TV can be heard and adjusted in the kitchen area without blaring from the set in the den. Bentech is highly recommended.

We haven't had any problems with the system and everything is working great. The guys that did the work were very professional and they were courteous in following my instructions. They gave me an estimate before they did the work and stuck with it.
