It went well. They did what I expected them to do. They fixed the faucet and it has no leaks. They explained what they have done.

They completely take car of the problem. They did it well  and for a fair price. I would call them again if I needed them for anything. They come out, they are very prompt getting here. It can be a 95 degree heat, they come out, do the job and fix whatever I need.

They even brought a welder to cut through the part of the pipe to curate it. These people are confident and do good work for a fair price.

They were fine. It was a minor problem I had and he fixed it.

He fixed the leak and even tried to install a new hand shower head that I had been given as a gift.  He could not install it because it was not compatible with the fittings in the wall.  But he didn't charge extra for trying.
He offered us a year's contract on any other problems we might have for $119.00 on any future house calls.  My husband agreed to this and he was nice enough to not charge the cost of $49 for that visit.  This was very good service.

Ben was very professional and courteous. He knew what he was doing and worked steadily and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He had all the parts and tools with him and when finished he explained what he did and also had suggestions related to the repairs. For example, regarding the repair to the water heater, he noticed that it was about 15 years old and informed us that it will need replacing soon. He wasn't trying to sell us something we did not need. We knew about the fact that we needed to replace it soon. We think we generally have good instincts about people and we felt very comfortable and confident in Ben. We are planning on using him again this summer. We actually used an Angie's List coupon for Ben's services, but we would gladly pay for Ben's services at his full price.

It turned out great and we liked him a lot. He had it done with in an hour. He was very competent. It was a good experience. I would call him again. It was July when we had the work done. We did not spend more than the big deal. I thought is was a very good price. I enjoyed being around him.

They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up afterwards. The tile and grout look perfect and are a good match with the rest of the tile in the bath. I had an ongoing problem with water leaking through the old tile and this resolved the problem. The price included tile, material and labor. They worked in my two story house without complaining about the steep stairs inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone needing tile work.

Ben performed a variety of plumbing tasks very professionally and cheerfully. He was on time and very efficient. He will be my "go to guy" for all my plumbing needs.

Ben and I traded a few calls and then he came by last week to look at one of my toilets what would not quit runnig. I had previously replaced the Koehler flapper with a Korky one as it was all I could find at the time and it allowed a slow leak after flushing unless you jigggled the handle and/or manually pushed the flapper down. Ben stopped by, looked it over to ensure nothing else was causing the issue, replaced the Korky with a Kohler OEM flapper and then adjusted the fill level a few times while flushing to ensure it was operational. While I could have done most of that (including ordering a <$15 replacement OEM flapper online), it was good to have a professional perform these services while verifying that was the only issue and not upcharge significantly. We also discussed a couple of other issues and projects and I would not hesitate to call him again for his services.

Very efficient and  on time.  Would use them again.
