VEEERRRYYY SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWWW. We've had multiple tech calls and even a visit and inspection by a BellSouth engineer. Not much help, they can't figure it out. We've given them every chance, mainly because we don't want to go through the hassle of changing e-mail addresses, but we've been paying for 6.0 Mbps DSL access and get download speeds that are SLOWER than upload speeds. I've checked multiple times. Ridiculous.

The installers were ok. The service is fine. It costs much more than I expected.
