"I admit that we were late on this survey. We are a small company, and I had a death in the family. We tried to keep everything on schedule, but this one slipped through the cracks. The client was calling our office before business hours and then claiming that nobody ever answered the phone. My cell phone number is on our website and in the company telephone directory, and he never attempted to call me. Anyway, he received his survey before I was made aware of this complaint and I have tried multiple times to contact him to try to resolve the situation, but he refuses to return my calls. I attempt to give excellent customer service on every project. I am sorry that this client's survey was late. On the one occasion that I did talk to him, he said that the quality of the survey was fine and that he was using it."
