Overall I did not get what I paid for and I felt like I was over charged. The charges for their services should be standard and their staff was snooty and unprofessional.

I have been there and they are always on time. The staff is really, really nice. The service is excellent. They offer a lot of services and I can have anything I choose. They offer massages, facials and they do it all there. They do have plastic surgeons in there and it has a spa environment too.  They have very good doctors there. They don’t bill and I usually have to pay for the service that day.

It is the worst ripoff I've seen and those people should be gone.  The first experience was okay, but before I left, they wanted me to prepay, and I paid $300.  I went back for laser vein therapy, they came out in the waiting room, pulled my pants leg up, told me that I hadn't shaved my legs good enough, and said that in the lobby.  They said we have a doctor that comes in once a week, I have a place on my nose, and I wanted him to look at it.  He told me to come in the room with him, he was with another patient, asked me to step over to him, I did, he looked at my nose, and told me he could have it taken off in front of the other patient.  It's a scam, they offer no refunds, and I paid cash.  They have my money, when I want to make an appointment, I phone, email, and they don't respond.   It is a beautiful environment with sweet girls, but, they don't know what they're doing.  The staff are salespeople, polite, effective, and do what they're paid to do.
