My coverage is the greater metro Birmingham market, including Jefferson, Shelby counties and portions of Blount, St.Clair and Tuscaloosa counties. The normal use for my report is for a trust, estate, or selling a home. My appraisal is not for a commercial property, duplex, mobile home, condominium or raw land, nor for court proceedings. My report is not for use in borrowing money through a bank, mortgage company or other financial institutions guaranteed through the federal government. Also I do not perform rental/income reports.
