Dee and Erik were phenomenal, as always. I've used Dee before, and I'm never disappointed. We were scheduled to meet at 9. I had to drop my daughter off at school at meet with the registrar beforehand. They were waiting on me when I got home at 8:30. Dee came in and they got right to work. He did a walk-thru and looked around. Asked if anything needed special attention (other than the obvious things that he remembered from prior moves). I packed a few small things that i wanted done a certain way, and thay were supposed to be transported to the new house in my car. The guys got to work on the rest of the house. I never felt I needed to check on them, as I trust Dee without fail. They loaded the truck as they packed, which made unloading easy and organized. When we were nearing the end of the day, I gave him the keys to the storage unit and left to pick up my daughter from school, retrieve her withdrawal paperwork, and return equipment to the cable provider. I had no issues leaving them at the house to continue working. When I returned, the house was empty, save for a few pieces. I just had to do a walk through to make sure all was clear. We turned out the lights, locked up, turned in the keys, and headed out.
When we got to the new place (they had beat us there), they were ready to go again. Dee and I did a walk-thru and discussed the purpose and layout of each room. My daughter and I then headed to Lowe's to pick up needed supplies for laundry hook-ups while they unloaded.They are not like most movers, who typically throw everything into the first room they come to and leave. Dee sorts things into the rooms where they belong (as best he can by the labels), and will put the furniture where it belongs. As I've unpacked boxes, he's wrapped everything to make sure nothing was broken or would break anything else, and things have been packed in a way that actually makes sense. (Imagine that!) The dishes were wrapped especially well. If I have had trouble finding things I needed before I could unpack them, Dee has been able to help me locate them.
Every item he touches, he treats with the same care he would treat his own things. His level of customer service far exceeds that of ANY business I have ever dealt with in any industry. He is in an industry doing something he loves. He took something that is usually is usually incredibly stressful, and made it the least stressful thing I had experienced in months. The level of service he provides is unmatchable. Interpersonal interactions with him are pleasant and professional. At no point have I ever worried about leaving him alone with my things. His rates are more than reasonable, on any budget. I

These guys were great at moving. They were polite and professional. They helped back the moving truck into the parking spot. They were very thorough with wrapping and protecting the furniture. Because they were so thorough, though, it slowed them down a little compared to other movers I have used in the past, so I did not book enough time for them. I had 4 hours reserved, and they were not able to fully unload the truck in that time. They did get all of the furniture and very heavy boxes unloaded for us, so we weren't left with too much to do ourselves. I definitely recommend them and would use them against myself, just make sure to book a little extra time.
