He had to come out several different times to take care of all three things. It started with the broken pipe flooding the basement. He came out fixed that and had another team come out and get the water out of the basement. Then he had to go back out because the tub was stopped up. Then had to come back again because no water was getting to the house. He found that the pressure control valve was clogged so he unclogged it and got the water working back to the house. He is good about coming when you call him and his prices are competitive. He has been doing work for me for over a decade and over the years we have forged a pretty tight relationship. I have several rental houses that he take care of. He works 7 days a week which is important.
